Freddie Barboza was born in rural Alabama where she lived the early part of her life. She was lucky enough to be raised in an environment where she learned the importance family and traditional southern values. At an early age Freddie gained an understanding of expressing the deeper side of the human experience through poetry. Her life travels, experiences, and natural talent for writing have combined to produce a collection of prose and poetry that is inspirational, thought provoking and heartfelt.
